Returns and Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges when needed.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To get started, please have your order number or receipt ready as proof of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- In a resalable state
Please note that personalized or custom-made items and sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any approved refunds will match the original price paid for the item and will be issued to the original form of payment.
If a returned item is not received in its original condition—such as missing packaging/items, visible signs of use, or damage—a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For exchanges, the original item must be received in acceptable condition before a replacement can be shipped back to you.

How to Initiate Returns and Exchanges
To begin a return or exchange, contact us at franciesdesk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with the subject line titled "Return Request" or
"Exchange Request".
Include in the email:
- order number or proof of purchase
- clear photos of the item, showing its condition and packaging, so we can assess its eligibility.
- any note you would like to include to help us better understand your situation
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if your return or exchange has been approved and provide instructions for sending the item back.
If the error is on our part (e.g. wrong item, defect, or damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the item is returned or exchanged for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address along with detailed instructions on how to complete the return.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders, but if you receive an item that is damaged or if something is missing from your order, we’re here to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or your package is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. When emailing, please use the subject line “Damaged Items” or “Missing Items” depending on your situation, and include the following:
- order number or proof of purchase
- pictures clearly showing the damage to the product and packaging (if applicable)
- description of the issue
Once we receive your message and verify the issue, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Please note: Claims submitted beyond the 3-day window may not be eligible for full resolution, so we recommend inspecting your items promptly upon delivery.
